Structural design
For the transmission roller and the roller with larger load, the cast-welded structure is adopted, and the connection between the shaft and the wheel bone adopts a ring-type locker to avoid stress concentration. Make the transmission torque larger and more reliable. The cylinder body usually adopts a cast-welded structure, or a new technology steel plate integral welded structure.
Roller rubber surface
All cast rubber transmission rollers adopt herringbone or diamond pattern cast rubber surface with a thickness of 15mm and a hardness of 60-70 degrees Shore. The reversing roller adopts a glossy rubber surface with a thickness of 12mm and a hardness of 50-60 degrees Shore. All rubber surfaces are cured at one time
Roller manufacturing process
The manufacturing process is to first roll the steel plate into a cylinder, then put the assembly of the pressing plate and the shaft into the cylinder, and perform welding after calibration and debugging. This process can ensure the static balance of the drum, the difference in wall thickness of the drum and the amount of runout between the shaft and the drum, etc., and can improve the stress in the drum.
