From the current point of view, the discharge port of the tubular screw conveyor can generally be divided into three types. One is the universal ball type. Its advantage is that it has good sealing performance and can adjust the angle of placement. The placement is simple and convenient, and the cost is high. . The other is a cloth bag form. Although it has poor unity and sealing performance and cannot adjust the installation angle, the installation is simple and convenient, and the cost is low.
There is also a flange type discharge port. In comparison, the discharge port of this structure has good unity and sealing performance, high requirements for the installation angle, large installation, and low cost. The discharge port of most tubular screw conveyors will use cloth bags to unite.
In order to make the entire tubular screw conveyor more convenient to use, first unite the various sections of the equipment, dismantle the sections for transportation as usual, and install the tubing oil pump. Then, use a crane to lift the screw conveyor, and use a manual hoist to hang the lifting lugs so that the feed port is aligned with the bin outlet, and the discharge port is aligned with the mixer inlet.
Immediately after the united silo of the tubular screw conveyor and the screw feed inlet, the firm steel wire rope is hung on the lifting lugs and straightened to make the screw conveyor into a continuous line. The universal ball inlet should be spot welded and welded firmly after the placement of the inner and outer balls; then seal the gap between the inner and outer balls with sealant.
In the actual application process of the tubular screw conveyor, one of the more common problems is the stuffy car. Once it occurs, it should be stopped immediately to avoid burning the motor. Then open the motor fan blade cover and screw machine peep hole cover, close the butterfly valve, rotate the motor fan blade, clean the materials in the casing, and clean up the solid foreign objects or entangled braids.
At the same time, it is necessary to regularly inspect the unity and fastening status of the whole machine; it is required that the materials conveyed in the tubular screw conveyor must not be mixed with solid bulk materials or woven fibers and other foreign objects; the shutdown time is greater than 24 hours, and it should be Empty the material in the body.
